Prof. Yunhong Wang

Professor Yunhong Wang is the director of the laboratory of Intelligent Recognition and Image Processing. Prof. Wang has been engaged in research in the fields of pattern recognition and computer vision for years.

Di Huang

Professor Di Huang received the Ph.D. degree in computer science from Ecole Centrale de Lyon, Lyon, France, in 2011. Then, he joined the Laboratory of Intelligent Recognition and Image Processing as a faculty member. His current research interests include biometrics (especially on 2D and 3D face analysis), image/video processing, and pattern recognition.

Annan Li

Associate professor Annan Li currently works at the School of Computer Science and Engineering, Beijing Univesity of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Prior to that, he spent five years at Singapore, worked as a scientist with Institute for Infocomm Research, Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) and as a postdoctoral research fellow at National University of Singapore respectively. He currently works with the Intelligent Recognition and Image Processing Laboratory. His major research interests include computer vision, pattern recognition, and biometrics.

Weixin Li

Associate Professor Weixin Li received the Ph.D. degree in computer science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Los Angeles, CA, USA, in 2017. She then joined the Laboratory of Intelligent Recognition and Image Processing as a postdoctoral researcher. Her research interests include computer vision, image processing, and big data analytics.

Qingjie Liu

Associate professor Qingjie Liu received the Ph.D. degree in computer science from Beihang University, Beijing, China, in Jan. 2015. Then, he joined the Laboratory of Intelligent Recognition and Image Processing as a faculty member. His current research interests include Remote sensing image analysis, pattern recognition, and computer vision.

Yuanfang Guo

Dr. Guo received his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong, in 2009 and 2015, respectively. Then he served as an assistant professor with the State Key Laboratory of Information Security, Institute of Information Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences for three years. He is currently an Associate Professor with the Laboratory of Intelligent Recognition and Image Processing, School of Computer Science and Engineering, Beihang University, Beijing, China. His research interests include Multimedia Security, AI security, Graph Neural Networks.

Hongyu Yang

Dr. Hongyu Yang received the BE and PhD degrees in computer science and technology from Beihang University, Beijing, China, in 2013 and 2019, respectively, where she is currently working as an associate professor with the Institute of Artificial Intelligence. From 2016 to 2017, she was a visiting scholar at Michigan State University. Her research interests include biometrics and image/video processing.

Jiaxin Chen

Dr. Jiaxin Chen received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Applications Technology from Beihang University in 2017. From 2017 to 2018, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow at New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD). From 2018 to 2021, he was a research scientist at Inception Institute of Artificial Intelligence (IIAI). His current research interests include computer vision (especially video and image analysis and 3D computer vision) and machine learning (especially metric learning and learning to hash). He has authored/co-authored over 10 papers in top conferences/journals such as IEEE Transactions on Image Processing (TIP), CVPR, ICCV and ECCV.

Zeming Liu

Dr. Zeming Liu is currently an assistant professor with the Laboratory of Intelligent Recognition and Image Processing, School of Computer Science and Engineering, Beihang University, Beijing, China. Prior to that, he received the Ph.D. degree from Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), the M.S. degree from Peking University, and the B.E. degree from Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT). His current research fields include natural language processing (NLP), dialogue systems and large language model. The results of his research have been published in refereed journal and conference proceedings, such as TKDE, ACL, EMNLP, and ACM MM.

Ms Qianle Wang

Ms Wang is the administrative assistant of our laboratory, in charge of our financial issues, helping us a lot.
